In July 1999, a group of 14 were sent out by New Life Christian Church to plant another church in Singapore. These young men and women pioneeers heard a clear calling of God to plant a church that would impact the community and fulfill the destiny that God had given to them.
It was in September 2002, that New Life Community Church was officially registered as a church - and we have not looked back since.
Going Places: From the inaugural meeting at Bishan Golden Village, the group more than doubled in less than a year. The Lord then led them to relocate to the Scout’s Association where the Holy Spirit moved in anointed healing and deliverance meetings. The unction of God was so great that hundreds were touched by this move of His spirit.
Being A Light: In time, the church quickly grew and subsequently moved to Lavender Street where it went through a time of refreshment, healing and equipping. It was in 2004 that the church relocated to its present Sanctuary, a light to the community in the Geylang-Aljunied area.
Our Present and Future: New Life Community Church continues to grow and see new people saved, added and water-baptized. We enjoy doing what we are called to do as a church – that is, to love God and one another.
